From Dirhael of DonationCoder, there is a new program for those who must have the latest nightly build of Chromium. Of course, you could manually fetch the builds(see my post about Chromium), but that's tedious.
Chrome Updater is available here.
Its a straight forward and one-function program:
The problems I blogged about are in build 1800, and I don't know if they have been fixed or not. As you can see, at the time of this article, the latest build is 1904, which failed at least one test. Have fun always running the latest build of Chromium!
