The EFF(Electronic Frontier Foundation) has filed a lawsuit against the above in order to stop illegal warrantless wiretapping. The EFF has also fought anti-DRM cases, and defended consumers accused of pirating music and movies. Regardless of the outcome, it will be very interesting to watch this case.
